Individualized home support with training is provided to adults when they need support and training in at least one of the community living service categories.
Through the waiver services, IHS with training combines the previous services of independent living skills (ILS) training, supported living services (SLS), the habilitation requirement for the DD Waiver, and the previous version of individualized home support. A person may only receive 24-hour customized living and individualized home support with training when a separate provider delivers individualized home support with training.
